AthTek NetWalk Enterprise Edition

See a video tutorial explaining how one might use the many and varied features. An example of how to track down slow download times would be useful too.

Thank you for your sharing. I do agree with you, but we are from non-English country and we do afraid of that our poor spoken English would make stuffs more confused :D Just kidding, we will try to make easy to follow video tutorials with our poor spoken English.

The help menu is very comprehensive, but i would like to see links to video walkthroughs - this would help novice users to understand the use of this software much better.

As it stands i think you have got a very good help menu compared to many of the giveaways we receive here, but i do think it will or can be very confusing to the novice users. there's too much information. Try including video tutorials...

Include a dummies guide on your web site. I read a lot of the information you provide and was very confused.

As a novice to such ideas as packet sniffingMatrix data, ARP requests and Replies, Statistic based events and loads more it would be brilliant if you could create a novice guide to using your program. Thank you.

Needs an autowidth for columns

I love the program but it needs an option to autowidth the columns(For an example,look at Nirsoft's Currentports) as when it's not full screen you have to manually adjust each column,is very inconvenient.Alot of people seem to miss this out.Great...

Improve to look of the dated looking GUI

Although not essential, I would expect the GUI to look modern if i was paying so much money for it. Please update or include extra skins so that the user can choose a look that sits well with their desktop theme, thank you.

For home users you should give a massive discount on your three montly and yearly charges otherwise I doubt many users apart from those who have money to burn will bother with the Enterprise edition and go for the free version instead

see a good editing of your website content. I found much of the information somewhat confusing and overwhelming. It appears that english is not your native language and the way you say things could be stated better and easier to understand.

I also recommend that all awards and partnerships you have listed be linked to those awards and partnerships. Just having an icon for an award can be a negative if the potential customer is not able to easily verify your claim to that award....

Allow the matrix map to display data gathered over time rather than just current conditions.

Please allow an option for the matrix map to display gathered data to better analyze trends. Realtime data is nice but trends help identify problems.

Yes we can do that. Just save your captured packet then open it with AthTek NetWalk, you will see what you want.
